KitKat® Fruit Tartlets Recipe


Cups of crispy oats and KitKat wafers, filled with Greek yoghurt and the goodness of fresh fruit, and topped with KitKat pieces for a refreshing break that makes a tasty gift for Mother’s Day.

Kitkat Fruit Tartlets


  • For the dough:
  • 80 g wholemeal flour
  • 70 g porridge oats
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 60 g Greek style yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 4 KITKAT Classic
  • For tartlets:
  • 150 g Greek style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • a few drops of liquid vanilla extract
  • 4 strawberries
  • 50 g blueberries and currants
  • 4 KITKAT Classic

What You Will need

Mixing bowl


  1. Roughly mix the oat flakes and pour them into a salad bowl.​
  2. Cut 4 KITKAT into small nuggets.
  3. In the salad bowl, add flour, brown sugar, KITKAT nuggets and baking powder. Make a well in the centre.
  4. Add egg and Greek style yogurt, mix to obtain a ball of dough. Let stand at least 1 hour cool.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°C (Th. 6).
  6. Fill 4 tartlets pans with the dough, bake 15 minutes. Let cool and unmold.
  7. Mix the Greek style yogurt with the brown sugar.
  8. Divide the yogurt over the 4 tartlets. Place on the top 1 strawberry in the centre, 1 KITKAT cut in 4, and blueberries and currants.
